IRC Channel Rules

Fserves and File Trading (in #tw-leech ONLY)

1. No licensed anime or manga. Anyone found serving licensed material will be banned until it is removed.
2. No hentai or pornographic material. Anyone found serving it will be banned, period.
3. No mp3s. Don't ask for them or serve them.
4. No public xdcc list, @find, or @locator
4. Private triggers are better. But we'll ignore public ones.
5. Try to cut down on the frequency of server ads to, say, once per hour.
6. It would be nice to keep XDCC ads to a minimum with a private xdcc list trigger.

Discussion

1. Try to stay away from senseless swearing.
2. No racist or discriminatory language will be tolerated.
3. Do not chat for the sole purpose of increasing your rank in the chat statistics.
4. NO SPAMMING! Try to keep things on topic.
5. Do not ask when the next release will be. We don't know, and neither do the forum goers.
6. Do not complain about things that cannot be changed (ie: Speeding up on Naruto).
7. NO SPOILERS! We will not tolerate any spoilers for the projects we distribute.

Linking Sites

1. Do not post links to pornographic sites anywhere in the chat.
2. Do not promote your site through the chat; use the Web Community forum.
3. No links to places that distribute manga/anime/etc. that has been licensed in the USA.

Other

1. No multi-line ASCII Art.
2. Do not private message the channel ops to simply say "Hi" or ask for file transfers. This is a chat room, so chat in the room...
3. If you're a jackass, idiot, moron, etc., please do not enter our channel.

Consequences

Unlike the forum, you aren't going to get many chances. We'll decide what to do with those that break the above rules. Obviously, some rules being broken will carry higher consequences than others. Remember, this chat channel is not a democracy, it's a monarchy. w3 oWnz3rz j00r azz...
